It was great to be back in the Sentinel Security world and revisit these characters. Nola is Nick’s (Wolf) sister and we finally get to see her find the person for her. Nola was a spunky woman who didn’t give up on escaping or on Knox. I really liked her and that while she may have been running for her life she wasn’t a basket case about it.
Knox is new to the team but still a great character. He is a former Marine who was ready for a change but never expected that to change to be falling for a woman. I enjoyed watching these two fall hard for each other and not really fight their feelings while avoiding danger.
Overall, this was a Sentinel Security novella. I really enjoyed this couple and their fast paced story. It was also nice to revisit this series and see how the previous couples are getting along.
