Vampire’s Faith by Rebecca Zanetti

Dark Protectors #8

Ronan Kayrs wakes from a coma to find his mate and a new world. He is one of the Seven, who was holding a prison dimension together. Now that he is free from the dimension time is running out until they all break and an invincible Cyst fighter is freed. Ronan has a lot to learn about this new world and his new mate, in between fighting the Cyst.

The Dark Protector series is back with new enemies and new fighters. Ronan Kayrs has been holding the prison dimension for a thousand years with his brothers. So much has changed with the world and with the Realm. Ronan was an interesting character and definitely a caveman. I didn’t really like him at first but he got better as the story progressed. Faith is a dedicated doctor who just wants to heal her sister. I liked her and how she stood up to Ronan all the time. He needs someone that will stand up to him and keep him from getting a big head.

The Cysts are quite interesting because they are part of the Kurjans but are a secret from everyone.  The same with the Seven. I am really interested in seeing where this new storyline will go and how Hope will play a part of bringing the enemies down.
