Title: Witchcraft Therapy
Author: Mandi Em
Genre: Nonfiction, Witchcraft
Release Date: May 4, 2021
In Witchcraft Therapy, Mandi Em teaches you how to embrace your power of intention, use mindful manifestation, divination, and meditation to cope with what life throws at you. With easy to do rituals to get your mind in the right place, she teaches you how to rewire your thinking to live a happier life.
First off, this book is not an anti-medication or anti-doctor book. Mandi Em repeatedly stresses that it is extremely important to see medical help if you need to. This book is to be used alongside professional care, if you need it, and is not a cure all to everyone’s problems.
This book was extremely accessible, easy to read, and extremely easy to apply to your daily life. I really loved Mandi Em’s approach to discussing mental health. She is very blunt and straightforward about everything, which made this feel like you were having a conversation with her. This is not a preachy, or good vibes only book. She treats the reader like a person with a mental illness and I think that is why this book is so relatable and applicable to daily life.
The rituals within the book were extremely easy and practical. You don’t need a lot of materials for most of them and they don’t require belief in Gods or Goddesses to do them. This is all about learning about yourself and using grounding, manifestation, journaling, meditation and visualization to make your mental situation better. Almost all the rituals within this book are easy to use and alter to your own life and practice, which to me, makes this an extremely adaptable and informative book that is perfect for everyone looking for some extra help.
