Can you believe its the end of March already! The past two months have been a blur because they have been so busy and it doesn’t look like its going to slow down any time soon for me. But I did have a great reading month so that is always a plus during busy times.
Currently Reading
Currently I am reading two books: Archangel’s Lineage by Nalini Singh and The Black Angels: The Untold Story of the Nurses Who Helped Cure Tuberculosis by Maria Smilios.
Archangel’s Lineage has been interesting but honestly slow for me. Not a lot has been happening and I am struggling with wanting to read it, even though I am enjoying what I am reading. Hopefully the next book is more engaging for me.
The Black Angels is another Morbidly Curious Book Club backlog pick. Its been fascinating so far and I have learned a lot about tuberculosis was handled and treated.
Recently Finished

This week was mainly nonfiction and ARCs, but I did get two out of the three graphic ARCs from my Netgalley TBR read so that was great. I also read another Morbidly Curious Book Club backlist book and it was interesting but not what I was expecting so look for that review when it goes up.
- Cat-Life Balance 1 by Akari Otokawa (ARC)
- Honey Bee & Lemon Balm 1 by Jil Hashikura (ARC)
- Come Out & Prey by C. Rochelle
- Passion in the Pentagram by Nik Knight
- Hell in the Heartland: Murder, Meth, and the Case of Two Missing Girls by Jax Miller
- Before Gender: Lost Stories from Trans History, 1850-1950 by Eli Erlick
Next to Read
This week will be the next Dresden Files book, the next Guild Hunter book (I got the ARC for the upcoming book so I am getting caught up), Hidden Figures by Margot Lee Shetterly (my hold came in finally), and possibly Zomromcom, which seems like it will be fun but I am a bit apprehensive since it is listed as a romantic comedy and I honestly haven’t enjoyed many books that are labeled that.
