5 stars – I loved it!

Wow! What a fantastic ending for this series! This was just an action packed story from the very beginning and was all about bringing down the new Drakul, and learning about how far that Drakul has manipulated everyone to isolate Caleb.

I was hooked on this story and devoured it within a couple of hours. It was an action packed roller coaster ride of emotions that showed how far Caleb and Gray were willing to go to fight for John, and the rest of humanity. After all the shocking revelations in the previous one< I was not surprised to see how far the Drakul would go to try and win over Caleb/Gray, but it still had some surprising and emotionally captivating scenes that kept me hooked to what was happening.

After the last book, I was really worried about John, Caleb, and Gray’s relationship, but we see them actually work it out and come out stronger for it in the end. Which, thank fuck because I couldn’t stand seeing my boys apart and at odds! I actually really loved how this one ended because we got to see them finally together again, and they are getting their chance at peace and freedom!

Overall, this series has been fantastic and addicting. I find myself binging the books and eager to see what will happen next. I can’t wait to jump into Series 3 and see how their new lives are going for them.
