Title: Turn Coat
Author: Jim Butcher
Narrator: James Marsters
Series: The Dresden Files #11
Length: 14 hours 36 min

For years Harry had to deal with a death mark over his head from the White Council. He was regarded with suspicion by everyone, but especially Morgan, the veteran Warden that monitored him. So when Morgan turns up asking for help to clear his name, Harry isn’t exactly eager to jump to help. But his sense of honor is too much to let an innocent man die by the council’s hands.
This was an action packed, dangerous, and fascinating case for Harry. He was hunting down the real killer, dealing with a skinwalker, and juggling taking care of his friends. I was constantly wondering what was going to happen next and how they were going to track down the real culprit because things just kept happening. But I will admit, I had a feeling by about 60% on who the betrayer was and I was right, but it was still fascinating to see how Harry went about finding the evidence needed to bring that to light.
In this one I feel like we really get to see how far Harry has come since the first book. He now knows to rely on friends, be prepared for anything and set up backup options in the event his plan doesn’t go as planned. I really love seeing his growth as this series progresses. Also, Harry really is cursed when it comes to relationships.
Overall, this was another fantastic Dresden Files book. I look forward to seeing what he will be handling next, especially since I haven’t really remembered anything that has happened in the previous books. Also, Listens to Wind was such a badass and I want more stories featuring him now.
