This was a fantastic ending to Ziggy and Micah’s trilogy. We had a proposal, a marriage, a pregnancy, a planet destroying evil, and wizard Micah becoming a badass bitch!

Like the previous books, I was instantly hooked on Micah and Ziggy’s adventures. We have really seen dramatic character growth with both of them and it just continues with this one. Ziggy faces his fears of being a parent, not being there to protect Micah and having to sit out on the sidelines during the action. Micah finally embraces how powerful he is and steps up to be the hero he always was. Rochelle does an absolute fantastic job with character growth and this series really shines because of it.

A lot happens in this book and we learn a whole bunch about new aliens and universes within it. Like I said, I was hooked from the beginning, especially since it was nonstop action and love. What I didn’t expect in this was that we would get a pregnancy right in the middle of all the danger but it also didn’t surprise me because these two shouldn’t have to wait for peace to achieve their dreams of a family. I just really loved the blend of action, danger, and love.

Overall, this was a fantastic ending to a series. I really loved these two and all the adventures they had. My only real complaint was that we don’t get to see Pedro very much because I really loved the Ziggy and Pedro scenes in the previous book. But I also completely understand why they were not in the book very much with all the danger they faced.
