When Jasmine is left at the altar she decides to do something drastic. She escapes in the night and heads towards Orc territory in the hopes of meeting her friend. What she doesn’t expect is to instantly find herself mated to two different orcs who don’t really get along.
This was an interesting one because we have a fated mates pairing featuring three people. Torren and Morg are the clan’s blacksmiths and they are constantly butting heads. When they meet Jasmine they instantly start fighting over her and it takes a while for these two to sort out how the relationship will work. I liked that we get to see these three building their relationship and how the dynamic will work between them. I also really enjoyed how Jasmine was able to help these two talk about their feelings instead of just fighting.
While this relationship was very fast paced since it is a fated mates, we do see a lot of discussion about what they want and how they didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. I really just loved how open these three were with each other from the beginning and how it made them a strong couple in the end. This was just a very sweet and very steamy triad and I really liked all three of them.
Overall, I really enjoyed this one. Torren, Morg, and Jasmine were all great characters and made a great triad. I also enjoyed that we got some resolution with her family even if it was only part of her family.
