Title: Bull’s Boy
Author: Kiki Clark
Series: Leather & Chrome
Pages: 311

While this book is connected to the Leather & Chrome series, you do not have to read it before reading this. This is a standalone in the same world but there are some cameos from the L&C series in this. Also, Bull is Marv’s, the Road Captain of the MC’s, younger brother so there are some discussions about the MC in this.
This was an extremely sweet and steamy romance. Bull is Malcolm’s boss and believes he is straight so has never made a move. But Malcolm quickly realizes after spending time with Bull that he might not be straight like he thought. This was a just great queer awakening story that explored sexuality, kink, and a lot of toys.
I really loved these two characters. Malcolm is struggling financially but we see him remain strong and determined to get through it. I really liked him. He was sweet and shy, but he fit in well with the rest of the MC’s boys. Also, I really love that we got to see the development of the friendship with Ollie, CJ, and the sub club. It was a great cameo for these characters, and you don’t need to know who they are to enjoy their friendship with Malcolm.
“There’s no one for me but you, and there hasn’t been since I met you. You’re all I see the moment you walk into any room.”
Bull was a big man who is self conscious about his size. He was a gentle giant who was very protective of Malcolm and had no problem fighting for him. Bull’s pining for Malcolm in the beginning was adorable and sweet, but I am glad it didn’t take long for the relationship to actually start. Malcolm and Bull’s romance was just so freakin sweet and adorable, but also steamy, and I couldn’t put it down. I really loved these two.
“Consider my lap your fucking throne. You can sit on it whenever you please.”
Overall, this was a great standalone in this universe. I really can’t wait to read more books in the Leather & Chrome series, especially Marv’s since there is clearly something going on with him.
