3 stars – I liked it

This was a brief but informative look at 40 women from history who have become killers for various reasons. While this was a great way to introduce readers to women from history, some of these bios were extremely short, like 1 minute or so, which I found to be disappointing. I do think this is a great way to learn about some historical warriors and heroines because the author didn’t focus only on serial killers, but also included some badass ladies, like Virginia Hall who fought Nazi’s.

Also, I really liked that she provided brief content warnings at the beginning of each section so you would know what to expect.
