4 stars – It was really good

Larkin is a huge flirt who wants to bang all the wrestlers. There is just one problem, he is a virgin and doesn’t want to suck at sex. So he comes up with the idea to ask Seb to be his fuckletics instructor and show him how to be good at everything. But with each lesson, he realizes that he doesn’t actually want anyone else, just Seb.

This was a surprisingly sweet and steamy story. I was a bit apprehensive about this book because I couldn’t really imagine these two getting together. Mayne proved me wrong though and these two really were a great couple.

“It’s you, Larkin. You’re my person. You’re the one no one else will ever compare to.”

Larkin is a happy and energetic fae who isn’t a great assistant but tries his best anyways. I liked getting to know him and his insecurities. He is a hard core flirt but we see that it’s not the real Larkin. Seb was a quiet guy who was surprisingly commanding when it comes to sex. I really loved getting to know him while he struggled to keep his feelings hidden from Larkin.

These two have a very steamy relationship that started as sex lessons but quickly turned to more. I adored seeing Larkin figure out his feelings and finally admit to Seb how he feels. It was so sweet and I loved how he revealed it to him. Like all of Mayne’s couples, I really fell in love with these two as the story progressed and loved the progression of their relationship.

Overall, this was another wonderful book for this series. Larkin and Seb were such a sweet couple and I don’t know why I doubted Mayne from the beginning.  I can’t wait to read the next book since it will finally be one of the wrestlers.
