4 stars out of five
4 stars – It was really good

This volume collects chapter 127-152  of the Webtoon comic.

This picks up right where the previous chapter left off with Zeus trying to arrest Persephone. Hades isn’t having any of it though and moves her into his place to protect her. While they are in the Underworld, we see Hera help Persephone with Apollo, Artemis trying to confront Apollo, and Minthe further losing it.

Hades and Persephone’s relationship really grows in this book. They talk to each other about their pasts and learn to lean on each other. I adored the progression of their relationship and that they are working together through their trauma while falling in love. Also I just love seeing these two become a strong team against everyone else.

Overall, this was another great volume and great continuation of their story. Hades and Persephone’s story continues to keep me hooked and I can’t wait to see how this will all play out. Also, like always, the artwork for this series is beautiful and I love all the beautiful outfits in this volume.

TW: references to sexual assault, abusive parent, and trauma.
