For the information about this round and the prompts, check out the announcement post here.

This round was a month long reading challenge to read as many graphics as you could and complete the prompts provided. So lets look at what I read!

As you can see, I read quite a few graphics for this challenge. I got caught up on Spy X Family, read a bunch of backlog graphic novels from the Humble Bundle pack I purchased a few years ago, started reading the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, and finished out the month with starting The Way of the Househusband.

Overall, I had a pretty great reading month with these graphics. I did have a few that I didn’t enjoy and ended up DNFing one of them. But overall, this was a very good reading challenge for me.

Prompts:

A graphic with a battle
A graphic with a fictional creature
A graphic with magic
A graphic with a journey
A 2023 release
A weapon on the cover
A graphic starting with “H”,”E”, “R’,” or “O”
A hero &/or sidekick on the cover
Next graphic in a series
A graphic with LGBTQIA+ rep
Outside your comfort zone
A backlist from your TBR

This is one of my favorite reading challenges to participate in and I really enjoyed having a whole month this time to read graphics. If you like reading graphic novels and manga, defiantly try to participate in this reading challenge. It happens usually twice a year so feel free to join next time.

Have you read any of these graphics? Did you like them or have any recommendations for me?
