5 stars – I loved it!

This is a series that I instantly fell in love with and didn’t want to put down. After seven books we finally have the final battle against Ethan and the Dominion Sect, and it was amazing and emotional. I am not going to go into details because I don’t want to spoil anything, but Turner really did an amazing job at tying up all the loose threads in this series and bringing the enemy down.

Throughout this series we have seen a variety of gods and supernatural creatures. I really love how complex and unique this world has been and how much we got to see of it throughout these seven books. In this finally battle we see all the gods, vampires, magical users, and werecreatures come together to take down Ethan and the Dominion Sect. The final battle was intense, nonstop, and very emotional. I loved every moment!

“After everything they’d gone through, Jono was the one person Patrick would never give up, the one person he would always fight for, because they were better together than they’d ever be apart, soulbond or no soulbond.”

Jono and Patrick’s relationship in this one takes a bit of a beating but they grow even stronger as a couple. I loved seeing them work together, mostly, to fight and defeat their enemies. I really loved the ending and seeing these two get the happy ending they deserve.

Overall, this was a fantastic ending to this series. These two are a couple I will never forget about and will definitely be revisiting this series again in the future. I highly recommend this series if you like urban fantasy romances/ MM romances.

Trigger Warnings: death and grief; PTSD; nightmares; references to forced pregnancy/birth; graphic violence;
