4 stars – It was really good

Claire finds herself abducted by aliens and sold to a mad scientist who is doing twisted experiments involving pregnancy. She is determined to save herself and the twin alien children who are trapped with her.

This was a very sweet alien romance. The Cire aliens are always so sweet and caring towards their mates and I love every minute of it. Claire is a very strong willed woman but also knows that she has to play along to survive. I liked how protective and maternal she was to the twins and that she always put them first. Arcosta has just been moving through life trying to find a purpose but that instantly changes when he finds Claire. I liked that he never questioned being able to help her and the kids escape, he just did it. It really showed how great of a man he was. Also he was adorable with the twins.

Overall, this was another great addition to this series. It was low key angst, with a sweet couple and a lot of cute moments. If you are looking for sweet, fated mate alien romances, check out this series.

Trigger Warnings: Claire is infertile and is experimented on by a mad scientist to get her pregnant.
