In this third volume, the B.R.P.D. continues to protect the world from the monsters ravaging it. Liz Sherman finds herself returning to the B.R.P.D. and the young psychic Fenix goes head to head with a monster-worshiping cult.
I feel in this volume we are getting to see the return of a solid B.R.P.D. team. Liz finally makes her return after surviving some dangerous injuries. While I still don’t really love her character, Fenix is becoming more important for the B.R.P.D. and for helping save the world. I will be interested in seeing where her story will go. Abe is still missing in this one. Also Johann is still acting a bit shady but I am sure we will figure out what is going on with him soon.
Overall, this was an interesting volume with a lot of world building (or destroying if you consider what is happening). I am very interested in seeing where this story arc will go.
