#FaeFriday: Least Favorite Genre

#FaeFriday is a weekly book tag created by Kristy at CaffeinatedFae, who is also the creator of the tag image above.

Here’s the rules:

  • Link back to this page on Caffeinated Fae.
  • If the prompt idea comes from another blog, link to that blog as well.
  • Use #FaeFriday when posting to social media so we can all find each other!
  • Participate when you can and have fun with the prompt!

It’s #FaeFriday, and it’s time to start a genre war… (not really, please be nice).

What is your least favorite genre, and why?

This is a hard question for me because I read all the genre’s but I think the one I read the least is Poetry. I like poetry but I rarely read it because I don’t like the new style of poetry that is common for modern poets, think Amanda Lovelace. I just find that style of poetry very irritating and so I never read any new or popular releases.

I do like classic poetry though, especially Edgar Allan Poe and Emily Dickens.
