3 stars – I liked it

Knight Radnar hasn’t been the same since the love of his life disappeared seven years ago. He doesn’t give up hope of finding her though. He stumbles upon her being attacked by witches and realizes his whole life is about to change.

This is an introduction novella to the Kindred series. This book did a fairly good job at setting up the premise of the series. It was hard to really get to know the characters from this short novella but I did like what we got.

Overall, this is a very interesting historical fantasy setting and I can’t wait to learn more about it.
