ARC Review: Hero’s Haven by Rebecca Zanetti

Hero's Haven by Rebecca Zanetti

Title: Hero’s Haven

Author: Rebecca Zanetti

Series: Dark Protectors #11

5 out of 5 stars
5 stars – I loved it!

Haven Daly has always believed she had mental problems and that the worlds she travels to in her dreams are a part of that. But that quickly changes when she travels to Quade Kayrs dimension and pulls him out when it explodes. She finally learns the truth about herself and her heritage. Together they must stop Ulric from escaping his prison dimension, all while fighting Cysts and dealing with their mate bond.

I loved this book. Quade and Haven were so cute together. Quade was an extremely protective, sexy alpha male, who was also pretty funny. He has suffered so much and to see him finally happy made me giddy. I loved seeing him learn and struggle with all the technology and inventions. His obsession with toothpaste made me laugh so hard. Haven was smart, sassy, artistic, and emotionally fragile. Her past was so heartbreaking and I am glad she finally got some closure.  I do wish her adoptive parents had more of a painful ending. They really deserved it.

Haven and Quade were perfect together. Their relationship was filled with chemistry and was just perfect for me. Together these two healed each other and learned how to love. They were so supportive of each other, even when they were butting heads. It was perfect. I can’t get enough of this series and really can’t wait for the next book.
